HOMESCHOOLING

     We have received a number of requests for information on home schooling.  The best source of information we have found, and something that covers every facet of this subject including an excellent appendix of resources (texts, home schooling organizations, laws, etc.), is the book 
 
 ‘HOME SCHOOLING FOR EXCELLENCE by M. Colfax.  The basic premise of the book, written by a pair of credentialed and experienced teachers who chucked the system to homestead in the mountains and educate their own children, is that the public schools are designed  to  accommodate the needs of the organization rather than the needs of the students, and that each child is best off left to learn according to his or her own speed, tastes and abilities, with the parent providing materials, encouragement, and assistance, but not necessarily too much direction.  The Colfaxes very successfully home schooled their four boys (which includes an adopted Asian and mulatto) in this way, and they are very well-known because two of their boys (their natural two) were admitted to Harvard.  Homeschooling is a must for Aryan children, and this book, readily available in libraries and bookstores, has everything needed to begin!
