THE CASE OF SYLVIA STOLZ

The descriptions of events reported are thanks largely to the efforts of Guenter Deckert, a long-time comrade of mine.

What is in a name?  Well, if you are Sylvia Stolz, an attorney from the southern German state of Bavaria, then quite a lot.  Stolz means proud in German.  Proud and unbowed in the face of possible imprisonment and disbarment is what Sylvia Stolz has been and is now being in the face of her own trial for “Volksverhetzung” or “Incitement to Racial Hatred-Denial of the Holocaust”.  It is no wonder that her supporters refer to her as “The German Joan of Arc”.

In 2005 Sylvia Stolz attempted to submit forensic evidence as well as other pertinent documents in the defense of Historical Revisionist publisher Ernst Zundel.  To the shock of Herr Zundel, she even signed one of her submissions “Heil Hitler”.  To be quite honest, however, what she did and is now doing is sorely needed in the downtrodden nation of Germany that is suffering under the Zionist heel.

The media has mostly boycotted the trial of Sylvia Stolz except to refer to her as a “Right-Wing Extremist”, “Holocaust Denier”, or “Neo-Nazi”.  There has been only one very young female reporter in attendance from the DPA (Deutsche Presse Agentur).  Also, there have been several very young women in attendance at the trial, quite unusual for a Nationalist type of gathering.

Sylvia made an attempt to address the court; which was then interrupted by Judge Glenz.  Her attorney Bock made the point that the judge was deliberately denying her the right to testify.  Sylvia asked for compensation for travel to court, as she was now without employment.  Judge Glenz answers: Nein!

Sylvia made the point that the court was doing everything it could to shut her up.  She stated that in Germany no discussion of the Holocaust was allowed and that Germans are subject to continued occupation and oppression.  She stated that Jews serve as masters throughout the world by means of their vassals.  Sylvia Stolz made the point that “democracy” means racial mixture for all the people of the world except the Jews.

Sylvia Stolz and Judge Glenz argued for some time about her right to speak in her own  defense.  She made the point that if he was so concerned about her making circumlocutions and excessive points, then he would not have allotted twenty days to the process of her trial. Sylvia made the point that the judge was not concerned with the length of her defense, but rather its content.  She pointed out that people have a right to know what the term “human rights” means to the Jews: namely the total plundering of non-Jews and the imposition of Talmudic supremacism.

Sylvia Stolz and her attorney Bock rebuked the judges for constantly retiring to chambers.  They need not  speak in private.  They could address the court publicly.

The judges informed Sylvia that she would no longer be allowed to address the court directly; but could only submit written documents.  She handed over two large folders containing documents from the book ‘Lectures on the Holocaust’ by Germar Rudolf that can be found on the website: vho.org.  Sylvia Stolz then addressed the court stating that she was faced with an entirely new situation, since she was being limited to speak for only two hours in her own defense.  She stated that this was a Talmudic denial of self-defense.  Sylvia Stolz observed that the court was living in the Judaic world; whereas she lives in the German world.  It was the same at the Allied Military Tribunal in Nuremburg where the American Judge Jackson refused to allow Hermann Goering the right to speak.   Judge Glenz ignored her protest.

Sylvia Stolz is an honorable woman who takes up the sword of Truth to do battle when many men hide in fear of the tyrants.  Let us praise her courage in the face of the enemies of our Folk and take her example to heart.  She is a true Valkyrie-in-training!  Hail Sylvia Stolz!
